"We are very impressed with our windows and with your company. The process could not have been easier. Even when the installers were finishing up our windows I was waiting for the inevitable problems to arise. It never happened. The salesman was very patient and educated us with no pressure. The crew was very friendly, proficient, attentive and unstoppable. I can’t wait to recommend Window World to all our friends and neighbors." Jack Baldridge was the salesman that I met with and he was professional and personal in his identification of my window and door needs and he presented clearly the advantages to your products. Jack never pressured me to select Window World and obviously believes in the products that he sells. He provided me with insight to make an informed decision and met with me according to my schedule to assist with the process. Jill, who handled the scheduling of the installation was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she impressed upon me that Window World of St. Louis was available to meet my schedule. Prior to the initial installation date, I was having foundation work done at the residence that required upsetting the household furniture and displacement of items. Initially I was told this was a two and a half day project by the company, however it turned into five full days. Needless to say, I was a bit stressed as I had originally scheduled your company for installation on what was day 4 of the foundation project. I contacted Jill to reschedule the installation and she assured me that it was not a problem and worked with me to again, to meet MY needs. On the day of the installation, the two installers, Steve and Robert arrived on time and quickly began the job. Both were tenacious in their duties and easily surpassed my expectations working without breaks for lunch or dinner until 1 a.m. the next morning, in order to complete the job. Steve in particular treated my installation as if he were performing it on his own house, not settling for mediocre work and achieving perfection. To say the least, I am extremely impressed with your company and wish to express my personal appreciation for a job well done. To top it off, I received a personal handwritten note from Jack expressing his thanks for purchasing your product. In today’s world, it is rare that a company provides such exceptional service and product to a consumer and again, I cannot express how much that means to my family and I. Rest assured, when it is time to replace windows and doors on our other house as well as one we plan on purchasing in the near future, Window World will be at the top of our list and highly recommended to our friends."

Went over quote in detail, answered questions thoroughly. Installers (3) arrived on time and were well organized and thorough. It was a 2-day install in cold and rain..they were troopers! Windows arrived in perfect condition, carefully installed (56 yr-old brick home w/marble sills). Removal and disposal of old windows carefully managed and well done. Installation of new windows and clean-up also well managed and well done. This could not have been a better experience. The difference new windows made in home heating was obvious the first month and I am sure will continue during cooling months as well. I would definitely recommend Window World and would use them again."
